Lifetime Warranty - 03 bottle

The Retap Bottles are made from borosilicate glass: a highly durable and qualitative material that lasts and withstands most impacts. But accidents do happen especially when you take your Retap Bottle on-the-go. If your Retap Bottle accidentally breaks, follow the three steps in the "Retap Bottle Lifetime Warranty" and receive a new replacement bottle.

Step 1: Upload picture of purchase receipt and broken bottle here.

Step 2: Select the bottle size to be replaced and add it to the Shopping Cart.

Step 3: Go to the Shopping Cart in the upper right corner and check out.

• The Retap Bottle Lifetime Warranty is only valid for Retap Bottles with a standard Retap print.
• Please keep your lid, we only replace the bottle.
• We need a copy of your purchase receipt and a picture of the broken bottle.
