Sustainability

Sustainability

Sustainability comes down to the relation between people and the environment. Every little act has an impact or consequence. To truly act sustainable we need to change our way of life. This may sound harch, but it's a fact. We don't need to do everything at once, but small steps are better than no steps. The planet cannot wait and neither can we.

All about Water
Retap wants to improve the way you drink water and encourage awareness of the most relevant aspect of drinking water: your personal health. Drinking water and staying hydrated is an activity that deserves attention. It should be an everyday experience you enjoy - to stay healthy and balanced.

Access to clean drinking water is a basic human right and should be available for everyone, no matter where you live in the world. Water is necessary for all of us to maintain a balanced and healthy life. Exploiting water resources creates a misbalance and disturbes the natural cycle of water, therefore it is always better to drink water from the tap - whenever possible.

Plastic Waste
Plastic has a negative impact on the environment. The plastic waste poses an urgent and fast-growing threat all over the world. One million single-use plastic bottles are bought every minute. Transporting plastic water bottles over long distances cost huge amounts of energy and creates large amounts of unneccesary waste.

The oceans are being filled with plastic waste such as plastic bottles. One dump truck of plastic waste enters the oceans every minute and if this continues, there will be more plastic than fish in the oceans by 2050. We need to act now and stop this environmental crisis together by acting responsible towards ourselves and our planet.
